GENERAL: Is expected to once again assume the starting first base job and bat in the middle of the lineup…Said David Wright is the athlete he most admires…Mentioned that his family members are the people who have had the most influence on him…Aspires to become an FBI agent following his graduation from Saint Rose…Enjoys collecting baseball cards and playing paintball…Said his favorite movie is “Dumb and Dumber”.

AS A JUNIOR: Started 42 of the team’s 45 games, 31 of those at first and another nine at the DH…Also had one game stints in left field and at third base…Batted .270 (41-for-152) with 16 RBI and 15 runs scored…Was successful in five of his seven stolen base attempts…Had 11 multi-hit games on the year, tied for second most on the team…Went 4-for-5 with two RBI to propel the Golden Knights to a 7-3 victory at conference rival Pace University (4/8/10)…Finished 3-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBI in a 22-14 win versus Saint Michael’s (4/26/10)…Selected to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall ’09 semester in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Was fifth on the team with a .263 (35-for-133) batting average to go with 20 RBI and 18 runs scored…Was 5-for-9 in stolen base attempts…Made 35 starts and appeared in 39 games…Twenty-seven of his starts came at third, with four as both the DH and at first…Went 3-for-5 with five RBI and a three-run double during an 8-3 victory in the opener of a doubleheader at Merrimack (4/25/09)…Also went 4-for-4 with a run scored in a 6-3 triumph at New Haven (4/7/09)…Named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll (3/30/09) after batting .500 (4-for-8) in a three-game series versus Pace.

AS A FRESHMAN: Appeared in 25 games…Started 28…Recorded six RBI and scored nine runs…Drove in a pair of runs in a 4-0 win versus Southern New Hampshire (3/22/08)…High School: Garnered Region 3 first team accolades as a pitcher and second team honors as a shortstop following his senior campaign at Fort LeBoeuf…Twice named team MVP…Earned team Cy Young and Gold Glove awards as a junior.
