GENERAL: Expected to once again have a reserve role behind the plate and also see time at first base…Mentioned that former Montreal Expos and Colorado Rockies outfielder Larry Walker is the athlete he most admires…Said his parents are the people who have had the most influence on him…Enjoys collecting baseball cards…Favorite movie is “The Sandlot”…Aspires to open his own restaurant following his undergraduate career at Saint Rose…Said helping lead Franklin Academy to the 2008 class “A” State Final Four has been his sports moment to date…Works as an instructor at the Bob Bellizzi Grand Slam Baseball Camp throughout the summer.

AS A JUNIOR: Finished fourth on the squad with a .307 (27-for-88) batting average while playing 29 of the team’s 45 contests…Scored 12 runs…Had eight multi-hit games…13 of his 19 starts were in the DH role…Hit .296 (8-for-27) with runners in scoring position…Went 3-for-6 in an 8-7, 12-inning setback to American International (3/11/11)…Finished 2-for-4 with two runs scored during a 12-7 victory versus Assumption (4/21/11).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Played in 14 games and made three starts…Scored five runs and was successful in his lone stolen base attempt.

AS A FRESHMAN: Saw action in 13 games…Made four starts…Recorded four hits and scored a pair of runs during the year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a two-time All-Conference pick…Team captain of the baseball, soccer and basketball squads…Member of the Spanish Club…Was also an All-Conference honoree in soccer.
