Last Meeting: Le Moyne manufactured a run in the 12th inning to hand The College of Saint Rose a 1-0 setback on April 14 in Syracuse. Junior right-hander Phillip Zdanowski and senior right-hander Chris Gould battled Dolphins junior right-hander Zach Place and senior right-hander Conor Nolan all afternoon. Zdanowski scattered three hits and whiffed nine throughout 7.0 innings of work, while Gould surrendered four hits and struck out three in 4.2 innings out of the bullpen. Saint Rose threatened with runners in scoring position in the third, fourth, and 11th innings. However, in the 12th, Le Moyne sophomore designated hitter Mark Martin stroked a leadoff single to left and scored the game's lone run via a sacrifice fly off the bat of junior catcher Trey West.
 
Last Time Out: Dominican scored three times in the eighth to rally from an 8-6 deficit and then halted host Saint Rose threats in both the eighth and ninth innings to upend the Golden Knights 9-8 Sunday afternoon. The game was a see-saw affair with the two teams exchanging the lead four times. Junior left fielder Nick Venier went 3-for-4 while senior right fielder Joseph Carcone, junior center fielder Derek Reed, senior catcher Zac Bellinger and senior designated hitter Lukas Nethaway all finished with two hits apiece.
 
Scouting Saint Rose (8-21/5-11 NE-10): The Golden Knights fell to 3-5 in one-run games this year following Sunday's setback.…Bellinger has hit safely in 14 of the last 15 contests…He has batted at a .390 (23-for-59) clip during that span to raise his average to .371 (39-for-105), fifth best among the league leaders…Venier has hit at a .367 (22-for-60) pace throughout that same stretch…In the process, he has raised his average 108 points to .286 (30-for-105)…Reed is batting .312 (30-for-105) with a team-leading 19 runs scored…Senior right-hander Ryan Harper has surrendered a mere four earned runs during his last three outings that cover 23.0 innings of work…He is 5-3 with a 2.40 ERA on the year…Zdanowski is 0-1 with a 2.31 ERA.
 
Scouting Le Moyne (13-19/6-8 NE-10): Senior infielder Max Nagelsmith drove in the winning run in the top of the 13th inning to give Le Moyne a 6-5 win in the second game of Sunday's doubleheader at New Haven…The host Chargers won the opener 2-1…Freshman outfielder Brian Cox leads the Dolphins with a .385 (25-for-65) batting average, while sophomore outfielder Donato DiNorcia and Nagelsmith are hitting .323 (31-for-96) and .319 (22-for-69) respectively…Sophomore outfielder Mark Martin has driven in a team-high 20 runs…Senior southpaw Ryan Davis is 5-2 with a 3.53 ERA…He has recorded 52 strikeouts and walked 18 in a team-leading 51.0 innings of work…Sophomore right-hander Ryan Kane owns a team-best 3.41 ERA throughout seven appearances, including four starts, that cover 31.2 innings.
 
Up Next: Saint Rose plays its final regular-season home date tomorrow with a pair of non-league, seven-inning games versus St. Joseph's, VT. Meanwhile, the Dolphins close out their 2015 regular-season docket this weekend with a three-game NE-10 division series at Pace University.
