Jalaun Taylor filled the box score with 10 points, nine boards and five assists. The Golden Knights twice got to within a bucket down the stretch. Taylor nailed a 3-pointer with 3:53 remaining to make it a 59-57 affair and then drained a jumper two minutes later, which pulled them to within 61-59. However, Stonehill held Saint Rose scoreless throughout the final 2:17 to chalk up its fifth straight win. Junior guard Carter Smith and sophomore forward Ryan Logan tossed in 14 points apiece to lead the Skyhawks.

Jack Jones finished with 14 points and five rebounds, while Taylor wound up with 11 points, six boards and four assists to pace the Golden Knights. Junior forward Trahmier Burrell tossed in 19 points, while junior guard Cameron Dobbs and senior guard Bobby Harris scored 16 each to lead the Yellow Jackets to their sixth straight victory. AIC put itself in control by closing the final five minutes of the first half with a 13-4 run that transformed a seven point, 24-17, lead into a 16 point, 37-21, cushion at the break.
