CLERMONT, FL-The College of Saint Rose offense was slowed down on day four of the NTC Games as the Golden Knights (3-4) dropped two games. Holy Family won the first game 17-1, while won the second game 8-0.

On the day, senior infielder
Olivia Reeves produced two hits and a run scored while five others also notched a hit. Senior outfielder
Amber Loussedes also recorded an RBI.

Holy Family (3-2) broke open the opener with back-to-back seven run innings in the second and third to create a 14-0 advantage. Freshman outfielder Brianna Scotto went 4-for-5 that included a triple and a double as well as four RBI. Meanwhile, senior infielder Samantha Borrelli belted five RBI on four hits. Senior right-hander Rachael Alligood earned the victory behind five innings of work with two strikeouts.

Loussedes scored Reeves for the lone Saint Rose run in the bottom of the third inning. After Reeves singled and advanced to second on an error, Loussedes drove her in with a base hit.

In the nightcap, Mary (10-7) scored two runs in the first two innings followed by four in the bottom of the fifth to close out the victory. Junior catcher Julissa Perales and freshman infielder Taylor Mendez each recorded three RBI for the Marauders. Meanwhile, senior infielder Allison Brown went 3-for-3 with a home run. Senior left-hander Cherlyn Trujillo struck out six for the win.

Saint Rose plays another two-game set tomorrow. The Golden Knights face Wheeling Jesuit at 1:00 pm followed by a 3:00 pm game against Chestnut Hill.
