Last Time Out: Saint Rose threw a scare at visiting #9 Southern Connecticut State before falling 86-80 on Saturday. The Golden Knights shot 58.3 percent (21-for-36) from the floor in the first stanza to take a 48-37 halftime lead, but were held to 36.4 percent shooting (12-for-33) throughout the final 20 minutes. Dominykas Milka registered his 19th "double-double" of the year and scored his 1,500th (1,522) career point to move into eighth place on the College's all-time scoring list. Milka had 23 points, on 7-for-11 shooting, and tied his career-high of 19 rebounds. Sophomore forward

Chris Dorgler added 10 points each. As for the Owls, senior guard Greg Langston tossed in 20 points to lead a balanced attack that featured five players in twin-figures.
Last Meeting | Box Score: Host Bentley drained 13, 3-pointers en route to a 95-87 victory back on January 29 in Waltham, MA. Milka recorded his 15th "double-double" of the season with 23 points and 14 rebounds, 12 of which came on the offensive end. Sayre and senior guard
Kareem Thomas each finished with 17 points and four rebounds. For Bentley, senior guard Jasper Grassa converted five treys on the way to 23 points, while sophomore forward Tyler McFarland scored a game-high 25 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Furthermore, junior forward Andrew Shaw buried four, 3-pointers en route to 16 points.
Saint Rose in the NE-10 Championship: The Golden Knights have advanced to the NE-10 Championship in 13 of their 14 years of league membership. The lone exception was 2011-12. Saint Rose has made six semifinal appearances (2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2011, and 2013) and advanced to the 2007 Championship game, which none other than host and second-ranked Bentley won 71-61. Last season, Saint Rose won two games on the road before suffering an 81-62 semifinal setback at eventual conference champion Southern New Hampshire.
The Series | Bentley 18-6: Bentley owns an 18-6 lead in the series that dates back to the 1993-94 campaign. The Falcons have won 14 of the last 15 meetings with the lone exception coming last season when the Golden Knights chalked up a 74-67 home victory.
Scouting Saint Rose (13-13): The Golden Knights come into tonight aiming to improve to 10-3 at home…Thirteen of their 26 contests have been decided by five or fewer points…They are 6-7 in those encounters….Milka is now only one of five players in Saint Rose annals to record more than 1,000 points (1,522) and 900 rebounds (944)…He is furthermore second among the nation's active leaders with 41 career "double-doubles" while his 944 boards place him third within that demographic…Milka, who on Monday was named the NE-10 Player of the Week for the fourth time this year, currently stands third in the country with a league-leading 12.2 rebounding average…He is also third among the NE-10 scoring leaders with 20.4 points per-game, while Sayre stands fifth at 18.3 ppg…Sayre has been in double-figures scoring in all but five games this season…Thomas has been in twin-figures in seven of the last 11 outings to raise his scoring average by a point to 10.4 ppg…The Golden Knights 13 losses have come against opponents that own a 186-103 (.644) collective record entering this evening.
Scouting Bentley (17-10): Bentley snapped a three-game skid with Tuesday's 80-66 victory against visiting Franklin Pierce…Grassa has established himself as the program's all-time leader with 280 career 3-pointers…As a team, the Falcons pace the NE-10 with 10.0, 3-pointers per-game…They are also shooting a league best 75.8 percent (372-for-491) from the free throw line…McFarland leads four double-figures scorers with 18.1 points per-game thanks in part to a league best 49.4 (43-for-87) percent shooting from the arc.
