Box Score CLERMONT, FL – Freshman Kelsey Anderson tossed a no-hitter and faced only two batters over the minimum to lead Winona State University past The College of Saint Rose at the NTC Spring Games this evening. The Warriors ran their winning streak to 10 games in the process, while the Golden Knights have suffered four straight setbacks.
Anderson recorded the second no-hitter of the young season for Winona State (11-1), which is ranked #12 in the latest
National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division II Poll. She fanned three and retired the final 11 batters she faced.
The Warriors broke open a 3-0 ballgame with five runs in the bottom of the fifth. All told, seven different players scored a run in the contest. Junior second baseman Kaitlin Hardie and senior first baseman Molly Link provided the big blow with a pair of two-run singles in the fifth. The duo each wound up 1-for-2 and drove in a combined five runs.

Lindsey David each drew a walk to represent the lone Saint Rose (2-7) batters to reach base.
The Golden Knights are scheduled to wrap up their trek through Florida with a Northeast-10 Conference twin-bill tomorrow against Stonehill College. Game one is set for 9:00 am.
