ALBANY – The College of Saint Rose women's basketball team, the seventh-seed in the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament, is scheduled to meet third-seed Bentley University (20-10) at 7:00 pm Friday with a trip to the league's championship game on the line. The Golden Knights (20-9) are making their third NE-10 semifinal appearance in four years, but have not met Bentley since the 2001 conference title contest.
Saint Rose advanced to the semifinals by knocking off second-seed Stonehill College 67-59 Tuesday night, which followed Sunday's 66-46 triumph versus 10th-seed Saint Michael's College. The Golden Knights, who have won 11 of their last 13 games, own a +14.0 scoring margin throughout their two NE-10 tournament games. Bentley took the only other meeting this season between the two clubs 66-58 in Albany on January 8. The Falcons own a 13.0 margin of victory during their current 4-0 streak.

The winner of Friday's date will square off against the winner of the other semifinal encounter between fourth-seed American International (20-11) and top-seed Franklin Pierce (22-5).
