GENERAL: Competes for the Saint Rose cross country team in the fall…Favorite movie is “Forrest Gump” and favorite song is “Don’t Stop Believing”…Best sports moment was placing fourth at the section I state qualifier as a senior…Mentioned Jesse Owens as the athlete she admires most.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Competed in two events during the indoor season…Twice finished in the top-10 for the 5,000 meters…Placed sixth at the season opening Army Crowell Invitational (1/7/12) with her time of 20:24.80…Finished 8^th in the event at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/12) with a 19:30.66 clocking…Was a strong competitor for the Golden Knights in the outdoor season with two second place finishes among four top-10 placements overall…Finished second in the 5,000 meters at the Capital District Classic (4/28/12) with a time of 19:30.15…Had a second place showing in the 10,000 meters at the Dick Shea Open (3/31/12) with a 41:59.37 performance…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in three events during the indoor season…Helped Saint Rose to a Distance Medley Relay victory at the MIT Invitational (1/29/11) where the team recorded a time of 13:59.01… Twice ran the 3,000 meters…Best time was at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/17/11) where she clocked in at 11:13.07…Ran both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters during the outdoor season…Had a season best time of 41:28.82 in the 10,000m at the Springfield Invitational (4/23/11)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Specialized in the mile during the indoor season…Ran the fastest Saint Rose time of the year in that event behind a fourth place performance of 5:27.03 at the Smith Tartan Invitational (2/6/10)…Was seventh at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/23/10) in 5:33.54…Took second in the 3,000m at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10) after breaking the tape in 11:21.25…Saw a majority of action in the 1,500m during the outdoor slate…Posted her fastest time of the year in that event at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1/10) behind a 5:08.65 clocking…Also ran an eighth place time of 13:05.66 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the George Davis Invitational (4/10/10).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Owns five individual school records in track and field at Mahopac…Is also part of school records in the 4x400, 4x800 and 4x1600…All-County performer in the 800m, 1,000m and steeplechase…Also an All-League honoree in cross country…Four-year scholar-athlete award winner…Team captain of the cross country and track teams.
