GENERAL: Two-time Northeast-10 Conference All-League performer as a member of the Saint Rose cross country team…Best sports moment was qualifying for the NCAA Championships this past fall as a senior…One of her hobbies is photography…Said her family has influenced her the most throughout her lifetime.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Competed in three events during the indoor season…Placed 15^th at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/12) in the 3,000 meters with her season best time of 11:42.37…Competed in a variety of events during the outdoor campaign…Finished ninth at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/12) in the 10,000 meters with a time of 41:09.45…Had a pair of ninth place finishes at the Capital District Classic (4/28/12) with times of 2:34.28 and 5:11.04 in the 800 meters and 1,500 meters respectively…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semester.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in a handful of events throughout the indoor season…Helped Saint Rose to a first place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the MIT Invitational (1/29/11) where the Golden Knights ran the event in 13:59.01…During the outdoor campaign, she had her best showing at the Springfield Invitational (4/23/11) where she won the 5,000 meters in a time of 19:07.24, which was her best clocking of the season…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in four of the squad’s seven meets during the indoor season…Posted the third-fastest Saint Rose time of the year in the 3,000m behind an 11:06.17 clocking at the Smith Tartan Invitational (2/6/10)…Wound up third at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10) in 11:25.46…Named NE-10 Co-Freshman of the Week (3/30/10)…Specialized in the 3,000m steeplechase and the 5,000m during the outdoor slate…Took fourth overall in the 5,000m at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1/10) with a time of 19:12.08…Won that event at the Rensselaer Early Outdoor Invitational (3/27/10) behind a 19:02.78 clocking…Was seventh in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships after crossing the line in 11:58.63…Ran a season-best time of 11:42.62 in that event at the Springfield College Invitational (4/17/10).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country along with indoor and outdoor track and field at Monticello…School record holder in the 2,000m steeplechase…Four-year scholar-athlete award winner…Qualified for the New York State meet in cross country…National Honor Society member…Recipient of the “Service to the School” award.
