GENERAL: Is a member of three Saint Rose record setting relay teams and owns one individual school best…Has a sister, Elizabeth (’10), who played basketball at Saint Rose…Her cousin also played basketball for the Golden Knights…Favorite TV show is “Breaking Bad”...Listed competing in the Penn Relays and the heptathlon as her best sports moments to date…Dean’s List student.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Continued a stellar career…Set the school standard in the 100 meter hurdles on three occasions…Also rewrote the heptathlon scoring school record twice…Finished in 27.21 for 91st in the 200 meter dash at the Terrier Invite (1/26/13)…Posted a 9.35 time in the 60 meter hurdles preliminary at the Tufts Stampede (2/2/13) followed by a 9.42 for fifth place…Made a shot put distance of 9.14 meters for 26th place at Tufts…Also helped the 4x200m relay team run a 1:48.56 for fifth place and an indoor school mark at the Stampede…Registered an 11th place finish at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/16/13) with a 9.35 60 meter hurdles…First set the school mark of 3,678 points to win the Dick Shea Open Heptathlon (3/30/13)…Also won the 100 meter hurdles with a time of a then school record 15.72…Named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (4/1/13)…Bettered her school mark in the 100 meter hurdles at the Springfield Invitational (4/20/13) to 15.71 for sixth place…Helped the 4x400m relay take first place in 4:09.59 at Springfield…Ran the second leg of school outdoor record 1:46.31 in the 4x200 meter relay at the Penn Relays (4/26/13)…Claimed first place in the 100 meter hurdles of the heptathlon with a former school mark of 15.57 at the NE-10 outdoor Championships (5/3/13)…Took second place with a school standard of 3,750 at the same event…Set a school record of 15.41 in the 100 meter hurdles at the Oneonta State May Meet (5/11/13)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Enjoyed a strong second indoor season for Saint Rose…Helped set the Golden Knights indoor record in the 4x400m relay at the NE-10 Championships (2/18/12) as the team recorded a time of 4:09.40…Also had a strong NE-10 meet individually, clocking in at 8.778 in the preliminaries of the 55 meter hurdles before a seventh place showing of 8.89 in the final…Helped the Golden Knights to outdoor record-setting times in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays as the squad clocked in at 50.56 at the NE-10 Championships (5/4-5/12) and 4:03.43 at the Penn Relays (4/26-27/12) respectively…Set the school standard in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 15.96 at the George Davis Invitational (4/7/12)…Twice finished in the top five in the same event with a third place finish of 16.55 at the Capital District Classic (4/28/12) and a fourth place finish at the Springfield Invitational (4/21/12) in a 16.94 clocking… Named to the NE-10 Conference Commissioners’ Honor Roll for the both fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Had a solid opening season for the Golden Knights, earning points as both a hurdler and a sprinter…Helped set the school indoor record in the 4x200 relay at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/11) where the squad clocked in at 1:51.21…Also ran her best time in the 60 meter hurdles at the Stampede with a preliminary time of 9.62…Was a key component for Saint Rose during the outdoor season…At the prestigious Penn Relays (4/28-29/11), she ran the third leg for the Saint Rose record setting 4x200 relay team that went 1:48.81…Individually, captured three, top-five finishes on the outdoor season, all of them in the 100 meter hurdles…Best showing was at the Springfield Invitational (4/23/11) where she placed third in a personal best time of 16.10…Named to the NE-10 Conference Commissioners’ Honor Roll for the both fall and spring semesters.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Was an All-State selection as a senior at East Lyme…Also a four-time All-Area pick…Placed seventh overall at the Connecticut State Open…School record holder in the shuttle hurdles…Also played soccer.
