College of Saint Rose Athletics

GENERAL: Spent the fall competing for the Saint Rose cross country team…Best sports moment has been advancing to a pair of NCAA Cross Country Championships.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Twice competed in the mile during the indoor season, recording a season best time of 6:26.87 at the Yale Invitational (1/14/12)…Did not compete in the outdoor season.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in five of the seven events during the indoor season…Won the 5,000 meter run at the MIT Invitational (1/29/11) with a time of 19:56.66…Took fourth at the Yale Collegiate Invitational (1/15/11) in the 3,000 meters with a season best 10:32.69 clocking…Did not compete in the outdoor season.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Part of the 4x800 relay squad that took fourth at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/18/10) with a time of 10:12.95…Also a member of the distance medley relay team that finished sixth in 14:10.36…Ran everything from the 500 meters to the mile during the indoor campaign…Finished ninth in the 500m at the NE-10 meet behind a 1:29.10 clocking…Was also ninth in the 600m at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10) after crossing the line in 1:52.26…Ran a ninth place time of 21:35.99 in the 5,000m at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1/10) …Competed for the 4x400 relay quartet that generated a sixth place time of 4:29.56 at that event…Ran a personal-best 1,500m time of 5:24.28 at the Capital District Classic (4/24/10).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country as well as track and field at Voorheesville…Won the section II championship…Also made an appearance in the New York State meet.
