GENERAL: Also a member of the Saint Rose cross country team…Transfered from the University of Rhode Island after her freshman year…Said that her best sports moment was breaking the 2,000-meter steeplechase record as a senior in high school…Has volunteered as a Sunday School teacher…Has a cousin who played softball at Eastern Nazarene College…Said her parents have influenced her the most throughout her lifetime…Enjoys being with her friends, swimming and bike riding…Favorite food is ice cream.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Set the school record in the 3,000m steeplechase during a successful outdoor campaign…Finished fifth in the mile at the Army Crowell Open (1/5/13) with a time of 5:36.73…Claimed ninth place at the Yale Collegiate Invitational (1/12/13) with a 10:58.14 clocking in the 3,000 meter run…Ran a 18:39.22 for sixth place in the 5,000 meters at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/16/13)…Ran a 41:10.40 in the 10,000 meter for second place at the Dick Shea Open (3/30/13)…Notched a winning time of 11:42.04 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/6/13) in the 3,000m steeplechase…Took second place and set the school standard in the 3,000m steeplechase with a 11:20.87 clocking at the Capital District Classic (4/27/13)…Had an All-Conference second-team performance behind an 11:26.52 time in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/4/13)…Posted a time of 18:34.99 in the 5,000 meter run at the Oneonta State May Meet (5/11/13) for fourth place…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in a handful of events during the indoor season with four, top-10 finishes…Placed second in the mile at the season-opening Army Crowell Invitational (1/7/12) with a time of 5:38.08…Finished third in her only running of the 5,000 meters  with a 18:55.46 clocking at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/12)…Twice finished eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Yale Invitational (1/14/12) and the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/12) with times of 10:47.94 and 10:56.80 respectively…Had a strong outdoor season with four, top-10 finishes…Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the Oneonta May Meet (5/14/12) with a run of 11:46.81…Also took third in the 5,000 meters at the Springfield Invitational (4/21/12) with her time of 19:29.75…Ran a season best time of 18:39.37 in the 5,000 at the NE-10 Championships (5/4-5/12) to finish sixth…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A FRESHMAN AT RHODE ISLAND: Member of the 4x800 relay team that finished runner-up with a time of 9:50.11 and was sixth in the mile at the URI Sorlien Invitational (1/14/11)…Finished 11th in the 3,000 meters, clocking in at 10:50.07 at the URI Invitational (1/22/11)…Placed 19th in the 3,000 meters at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/18/11)…Posted a season-best mark of 10:29.54 in the 3,000 meters to finish 15th at the New England Championships (2/25/11)…During the outdoor season, she recorded a time of 5:04.39 in the 1,500 meter run at the Bryant Invitational (4/2/11)…Placed third in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the UConn All-Region Invitational (4/9/11)…Finished 13th in the 3,000m run at the Brown Outdoor Invitational (4/16/11).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Shenendehowa...Was an All-America pick in 2010 in the four mile and the 4x100 relay…The latter was a school record set at nationals...Named a 2010 Spring Scholar Athlete and Most Valuable Senior...Member of the 4x1500 record-setting (19:43) relay squad as a senior...School record holder in the 2,000m steeplechase with a time of 6:59.5.
