GENERAL: Admires Olympian Allison Felix…Said the encouragement of her parents has had the most influence throughout her life…Favorite movie is “Elf” and favorite TV show is “Duck Dynasty”…Her father played basketball and baseball for Saint Rose…Both of her parents are Saint Rose graduates…Mentioned that her best sports moment was winning the 2012 outdoor 4x400m relay state championship while setting a section II record…Also a member of the Saint Rose cross country squad…Aspires to become an accountant.

AS A SENIOR (Outdoor): Part of the 4x100m that set the school record with a fifth-place time of 49.29 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/7)...Clocked in at a personal-best 12.53 in the 100m prelims at NE10s...Placed sixth in the finals the following day...Ran a personal-best 25.60 200 at RPI (4/29)...Both marks rank second in program history...Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished in 4:06.50, the fifth-fastest time in school history, at RPI (4/29)...Clocked in at 12.61 to win the 100 meter dash at the Cardinal Last Chance meet (5/13)...Finished second in the 200m with a time of 25.92 on the same day...Ran a 12.78 100 to win at RPI...Completed 200m in 25.86 to win at Brockport (4/14)...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Academic All-Conference team...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester...Co-President of SAAC.

AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Dashed the 60m at Ocean Breeze (2/25) in 8.12, a mark which ranks second-fastest in school indoor history and was a career best...Also places second in the indoor record book in the 200m with a time of 25.79 and 400m with a time of 59.37...Part of the 4x200m relay team that clocked in at 1:49.44, the second-fastest time in the program's indoor annals, at Utica (1/14/17)...Co-President of SAAC.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Dashed 100m in a spring-best 13.06 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/6)...Ran season-bests in the 200m dash (26.37) and 400m dash (1:01.16) at the RPI Classic (4/30)...Part of the 4x400m Relay team that ran 4:14.48 at NE10s.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Clocked in at 8.21 at NE10s for a personal record in the 60m...The time ranked second in Saint Rose indoor history...Ran a season-best 26.81 in the 200m at BU (2/6).
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2015): Set a new career-best in the 200m at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/7), crossing in 26.80…Also registered her season-best in the 400m at Cornell with a time of 1:00.95…Dished out another personal-best in the 100m with a 12.69 mark at the UAlbany Spring Classic (4/18), ranking second in the Saint Rose top-five…Took first in the 400m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/25) with a season-best 1:01.43…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.

AS A FRESHMAN (2014): Served as the first leg of the 4x400m relay that set a Saint Rose record with a 3:59.47 performance at the NE-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22/14)…Claimed second and third in the program top-five of the 400m with performances of 59.46 (sixth place) and 59.81 at the league indoor championship and the Valentine Invite (2/7/14), respectively…Third leg of the 4x100m and 4x400m outdoor relays that also set a Saint Rose records of 50.52 at the Springfield Invite (4/19/14), and 4:02.12 at Penn Relays (4/24/14)…Holds fifth place in the Saint Rose top-five of the 100m (13.19 at Springfield (4/19/14)), the 200m (26.32 at Springfield (4/19/14)) and the 400m (59.84 at Oneonta (5/10/14). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and indoor and outdoor track at Colonie…Was a six-year member of both the indoor and outdoor track and field teams…Received NYSPHSSA student-athlete recognition throughout high school…Cross country team captain her senior season…Member of the indoor 4x400m relay state championship team in 2011 and the outdoor team in 2012…Part of the school record in the SMR for both indoor and outdoor…Was the 300 meter section II champion…Was an Albany Times Union High School All-Star selection for the 300 meter, 4x200m relay, and 4x400m relay…Honor/High Roll and Key Club Member throughout high school…Earned first place triple generation team at the 2012 Freihofer’s Run for Women; earned second place in 2013.
