AS A JUNIOR: First leg of the distance medley that claimed sixth place (13:06.74) at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22/14)…Recorded a personal-best 5:19.03 in the mile at league indoors to rank third in the Saint Rose top-five…Second leg of the 4x800m relay that took second (10:40.20) at the Springfield Invite (4/19/14)…Laid down personal-bests in the 800m (2:32.64) and the 1500m (5:00.33) at the Capital District Classic (4/26/14)…Dished out a personal-best 11:54.04 in the 3000m steeplechase at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship (5/2/14) to sit fifth in program history. 

AS A SOPHOMORE: Posted a season-best time of 5:36.95 during the mile at the Tufts Stampede (2/2/13)…Finished eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/16/13) with a time of 11:12.68…Notched a pair of third place finishes during the 3,000 meter steeplechase throughout the outdoor campaign…Finished in a time of 12:34.26 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/6/13) followed by a 12:31.36 finish at the Capital District Classic (4/27/13)…Claimed 10th place at Dick Shea Open (3/30/13) behind a 21:12.24 clocking in the 5,000 meters…Crossed in at 20:04.23 for ninth place at the Springfield Invitational (4/2013) in the 5,000 meters...Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in three events during the indoor season…Had her season best time of 3:16.05 in the 1,000 meters at the NE-10 Championships (2/18/12) where she finished 12th…Had a solid outdoor season, participating in three events…Finished sixth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NE-10 Championships (5/4-5/12) with her 12:37.07 clocking…Placed third in the same event at the Capital District Classic (4/28/12) with a time of 13:08.08…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
