GENERAL: Also competes for the Saint Rose cross country team in the fall…Favorite movie is “Cruel Intentions”…Favorite food is tacos…Best sports moment has been participating twice at the NCAA Championships with the Saint Rose cross country team…Listed her sister as the person who has most influenced her…Enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, biking and running.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Competed in three individual events during the indoor season…Helped the Golden Knights to a school record in the 4x400 relay at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (2/18/12) as the squad clocked in at 4:09.40, finishing fourth…Placed fourth at the NE-10 meet in the 1,000 meters with a time of 3:03.19…Came in fifth in the 800 meters at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/12) with her 2:25.50 clocking…Had a good outdoor season as well…Ran the second leg for the Saint Rose record setting 4x400 relay at the Penn Relays (4/26-27/12) as the team clocked in at 4:03.03…Had a second place finish in the 800 meters at the Capital District Classic (4/28/12) with her time of 2:21.84…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Participated in four meets during the indoor season…Had her best showing in the 800 meters at the NE-10 Championships (2/17/11) where she finished sixth with a season best time of 2:20.89…Placed second at the MIT Invitational (1/29/11) in the 1,000 meters with a 3:09.74 clocking…Ran middle distance again in the outdoor season, also competing in four meets…Helped the Golden Knights to a school record in the 4x400 relay at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/7/11) with a third place time of 4:06.05…Had her best time in the 1,500 meters at the George Davis Invitational (4/23/11) where she clocked in at 5:04.49…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Took part in four meets during the indoor season…Was third at the Colgate Invitational (1/30/10) at the 500-meter distance in a time of 2:24.60…Also wound up third in the 1,000m at the Smith Tartan Invitational (2/6/10) in 3:06.05…Was ninth overall in that event at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/10) behind a 3:08.22 clocking…Anchored the 4x800 relay squad that placed third at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1/10) in 9:52.56…Put up the fastest Saint Rose time of the year in the 1,500m behind a seventh place time of 4:51.83 at the NE-10 meet…Was fourth at that distance after stopping the clock in 4:55.88 at the Capital District Classic (4/24/10)…Took third in the 800m at the Springfield Invitational (4/17/10) in 2:24.00…Posted a fifth place 800m time of 2:26.68 at the Jim Sheehan Memorial (4/3/10).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed on the track and field squad in addition to running cross country at Cornwall.
