GENERAL: Team co-captain…Has been a consistent contributor throughout her career…Said her best sports moment was capturing the CHSAA Championship as an individual and a team…Would like to become an elementary school teacher following her graduation from Saint Rose…Works as a lifeguard during the summer…Mentioned her sister as someone who has influenced her the most during her lifetime.

AS A JUNIOR: Took part in all seven of the team’s events…Was the top Saint Rose finisher twice…Was eighth overall among 87 entries at the Shacklette Invitational (9/12/09) when she covered the 5k layout in 20:02.10…Also the first Golden Knight across in 23:56 at the 6k distance at the Paul Short Run (10/2/09)…Broke the 20-minute barrier at the NE-10 Championships (10/10/09) behind a 19:58.0 clocking.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Third Team NE-10 All-Conference performer…Turned in a season-best 5k time of 19:42 at the NE-10 Championship (10/25/08)…Was third overall in a dual meet at Le Moyne (10/11/08) after completing the 5k course in 21:02…Took fifth in the 5k portion of the Williams Purple Valley Classic (9/27/08) with a 21:00 clocking…Was the fourth Saint Rose runner across the line at the Golden Knights Joust (9/6/08) in a time of 20:48…Also wound up 41st among 166 participants at the NCAA East Regional (11/9/08) behind a 6k time of 24:43.2.

AS A FRESHMAN: Named NE-10 Freshman of the Week on six occasions throughout the season…Was the top Saint Rose runner at four meets, including the third annual Golden Knights Joust (10/5/07) when she registered a winning 5k time of 20:03…Established a season-best at the 5k distance with a 19:32 clocking at the UAlbany Invitational (10/12/07)…Crossed the line third at the Vassar Invitational (9/8/07) in 19:45 and was fourth at the Bryant Invitational (9/22/07) after covering the course in 21:08…Wound up 23rd overall at the NE-10 Championship (10/21/07) with a time of 20:10…Voted Team MVP.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was an All-League pick as a sophomore, junior and senior…Also selected to the All-State squad during all three years…Member of the league championship squad as a senior when the Cougar’s were crowned CHSAA Champions…Also competed at the federation meet during her final three seasons.
