GENERAL: Hard worker…Mentioned winning the Rensselaer County Meet as a senior in high school has been her best sports moment…Enjoys going to the beach and camping…Favorite movie is “Forrest Gump” and favorite foods are crunchy peanut butter and ice cream…Aspires to become a teacher…Dean’s List member…Works as a lifeguard in Waterford during the summer months.

AS A JUNIOR: Named to both the Fall and Spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence…Took part in five of the club’s seven events…Ran her fastest 5k time of the year at the league championships (10/25/09) in a time of 23:19.3…Also broke the 24-minute barrier behind a 23:45.90 clocking at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Competed in three events…Clocked a personal-best 5k time of 21:22 at the NE-10 Championship (10/25/08)…Finished 14th in a dual meet at Le Moyne (10/11/08) in a time of 23:20…Covered the 5k course at the Shacklette Invitational (9/13/08) in 22:52.7.

AS A FRESHMAN: Participated in three events despite injuries…Ran a season-best 5k time of 22:14 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/12/07)…Crossed the line in 23:29 at the Vassar Invitational (9/8/07) and broke the tape in 23:36 at the NE-10 Championship (10/21/07).

HIGH SCHOOL: Selected as a four-time Colonial Council All-Star in cross country…Also ran indoor and outdoor track for the Knights.
