GENERAL: Team co-captain…Has the ability to be among the club’s top-five runners on a regular basis…Aspires to become a teacher following her Saint Rose career…Ran cross country for Maureen Myers…Dean’s List student.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Saw action in three events…Finished the 5k layout at the Purple Valley Classic (9/25/10) in 22:32…Ran a time of 20:24.30 at the Disney World Classic (10/9/10)…Stopped the clock in 20:34.1 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/16/10)…Named to both the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A FRESHMAN: Recipient of NCAA Division II All-Academic Award from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA)…Named to both the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls…Competed in six of the team’s seven events…Recorded a personal-best 5k time of 20:10.6 at the conference championships (10/25/09)…Was among the top-five Saint Rose finishers at the NCAA East Regional (11/8/09) after covering the 6k course in 25:28.3…Took sixth overall at Le Moyne (10/10/09) in a time of 21:26 and was 14th behind a 20:33 clocking at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09).

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in cross country in addition to track and field for Our Lady of Lourdes…Named team captain of both squads…Garnered Athlete of the Year honors…Member of the National Honor Society.
