GENERAL: Team’s top returnee…Will figure into the front end of the team’s top-five runners on a regular basis…Mentioned her grandmother as a person who has had a great deal of influence on her…Enjoys art and music…Best sports moment was breaking school records at Saint Rose in the pole vault and in the 3,000m steeplechase…Was an All-East Region pick in the pole vault last spring…Also a member of the school record holding 4x400 outdoor relay squad…Would like to work for a graphic design agency upon graduating from Saint Rose.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Enjoyed a breakout campaign…Named to the NE-10 All-Conference First Team after finishing sixth at the league meet (11/7/10) in 18:44.0…Went on to earn All-East Region honors following an identical sixth place effort at the NCAA East Regional (11/21/10)…Completed the 6k course in 23:00, which was just 42 seconds off the winning pace…Was the top Saint Rose finisher at the NCAA Championships (12/4/10) in Louisville after posting a time of 23:46…Picked up NE-10 Athlete of the Week honors on one occasion (10/19/10)…Was also named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll three times (9/28/10; 10/12/10; 11/23/10)…Earned a spot on both the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Named to both the fall and spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls…Did not suit up for Saint Rose and thus has two more years of eligibility.

AS A FRESHMAN: Named to the NE-10 All-Conference Third Team…Also earned a spot on the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Ran a season-best 5k time of 19:40 to finish 19th overall at the NE-10 Championship (10/25/08)…Wound up 35th among 166 entries at the NCAA East Regional (11/9/08) after covering the 6k layout in 24:35.6…Finished third at the Williams Purple Valley Classic (9/27/08) after crossing the line in 20:53, just 39 seconds off the winning pace…Also took sixth at the Shacklette Invitational (9/13/08) in a time of 20:50.7.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time Team MVP of the cross country squad and four-time MVP of the track and field team at Voorheesville…Team captain of the track and field team…School record holder in the 2,000m steeplechase (7:50).
