GENERAL: Team co-captain…Currently a graduate student at Saint Rose…Did not dress in 2007 after competing in every event during her rookie campaign…Listed Olympic gold medalist Sanya Richards as the athletes she most admires…Favorite TV show is “Law and Order: SVU”…Has a sister, Anne, who ran track at Wagner College…Also has two brothers who attend Saint Rose…Dean’s List member.

AS A JUNIOR: Once again competed in all seven events…Named to the Fall NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence…Put forth her best 5k effort of her career at the NE-10 Championships (10/25/09) with a time of 20:21.1…Was 11th at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09) in 20:24.70…Was the third Saint Rose finisher across at the Shacklette Invitational (9/12/09) behind a 21.08 clocking.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Competed in seven meets…Registered a season-best 5k time of 21:05 at the NE-10 Championship (10/25/08)…Took 31st at the Shacklette Invitational (9/13/08) behind a 22:34.0 clocking…Covered the 6k course at the NCAA East Regional (11/9/08) in 26:27.8…Wound up 64th among 134 entries at the Golden Knights Joust (9/6/08) in a time of 22:39.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Did not dress in 2007.

AS A FRESHMAN: Participated in all eight events…Recorded a season-best time in the 5k layout against Union and Hamilton (9/9/06) with a time of 21:41…Finished seventh at the second annual Golden Knights Joust (10/6/06) with a 22:21 clocking…Covered the 5k course at the NE-10 Championship (10/22/06) in 22:06 for a 75th place finish…Also completed the 6k terrain at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/5/06) in 26:55…110% Award winner.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was chosen as the track and field team MVP as a senior…Was captain of both the track and cross country teams…Honored as the cross country squad’s Most Improved Runner as a sophomore…Suburban Council champion in the 400m dash.
