GENERAL: Should be a factor at both 3,000 and 5,000 meters…Among the cross team’s top-two finishers on four occasions this past fall…Led the Golden Knights with a 28th place finish among 167 competitors with an 8K time of 33:21.6 at the NCAA East Regional Championships…Said his father is someone who has had a great deal of influence on him throughout his lifetime…Plays the bagpipes…Would like to get a master’s degree and teach business at the high school level following graduation.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Ran a season-best, eighth place 5000 meter time of 16:17.24 at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/23/08) that were hosted by Southern Connecticut State…Ran the 3000 in a season-best time of 9:26.36 indoors that put him 34th at the predominantly Division I Rider/Lafayette Winter Games (2/15/08)…Took seventh in that event at the Williams Invitational (1/19/08) with a 9:57.66 clocking…Was ninth at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/3/08) at Bryant via a season-fastest 15:50.95 clocking.

AS A FRESHMAN: Participated in only one event, which came during the outdoor campaign…Registered a fifth place performance in the 5,000m runs at the UAlbany Classic (4/21/07) after crossing the line in 17:55.22.

HIGH SCHOOL: Garnered All-State and All-American accolades in cross country at Scotia-Glenville…Was also a member of the track and field team.
