AS A SOPHOMORE: Finished ninth in the 300 meter run indoors at the Williams Invitational (1/19/08)…Finished fourth in the pole vault at the NE-10 Championships with a school record 10 feet, 7.0 inches effort…Set school standard with a pole vault of 10 feet, 10.0 inches outdoors at the Hamilton Invitational (4/19/08)…Was second in that event at UMass Lowell’s George Davis Invitational (4/12/08).

AS A FRESHMAN: Registered a personal-best time of 18.96 in the 110 hurdles at the George Davis Invite (4/14/07)…Took fifth at the UAlbany Classic (4/21/07) after crossing the line in 19:36…Recorded a personal-best time of 1:04.67 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Capital District Classic (4/28/07).

HIGH SCHOOL: Captain of both the cross country and track & field teams at Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk…Twice named team MVP in cross country…Placed third as a junior in the steeplechase at the Colonial Council Championships.
