AS A JUNIOR (2019-20): Completed 400m in 56.82 at Utica (2/1)...Finished 500m in 1:13.98 at TCNJ (1/11)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019 Outdoor): Finished 200m in 24.67 at AIC (4/6)...Ran 400m in 54.74 at UAlbany (4/20).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19 Indoor): Completed 200m in 24.39 at TCNJ (1/12)...Completed 300m in 39.66 at Princeton (12/8)...Clocked in at 54.59 in the 400m at Utica (1/26)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner's Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018 Outdoor): Dashed 100m in 11.93 at AIC (4/7)...Clocked in at 24.86 in the 200m at RPI (4/29)...Completed 400m in 57.24 at SUNY Delhi (4/14).

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18 Indoor): Clocked in at 25.42 in the 200m at Ramapo (1/19)...Crossed the 55m finish line in 7.53 at Dickinson (2/3)...On the 4x200m relay team that clocked in at 1:38.32 on the same day.

AS A FRESHMAN (2017 XC): Completed the 5k course in 26:19.9 at Siena (9/1)...Finished 8k in 37:00 at the Oswego Invitational (9/16).

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track for the Cadets.
