AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20): Finished sixth at NE10s in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.81 (2/21)...Completed the event in a season-best 8.7 at Emmnauel (12/7)...Ran 500m in 1:10.40 at the same meet...Helped the 4x400m relay finish in 3:28.51 at NE10s (2/21)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Finished the 110m hurdles in 15.00 at UAlbany (4/20)...Time ranked third in program records...Hurdled 400m in 56.11 at the same meet...Clocking was good for fourth in school annals...Helped the 4x400m relay team finish in 3:27.23 at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/4).

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Hurdled 60m in 8.79 at Utica (1/26)...Completed 400m in 53.56 at Princeton (12/8)...Finished 500m in 1:09.94 at TCNJ (1/12)...Helped the 4x400m relay run a 3:28.28 at Utica (1/26)...Part of the 4x200m relay that clocked in at 1:33.05 at Utica the following weekend (2/2).

HIGH SCHOOL: Named first-team Northern County...Made the Poughkeepsie Journal's Track and Field All-Star Team...Earned Team Most Valuable Player and Most Improved Awards...Received the Superintendents Achievement Award, Beacon City School District All-Section Award and the Varsity Scholastics Award.
