AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Dashed 100m in 11.49 at Albany College of Pharmacy (4/25)...Completed 200m in 22.97 at Saint Peter's (4/14)...Dashed 400m in 53.18 at Saint Peter's (4/7).

AS A SENIOR (2019-20): Named the (2/11) NE10 Men’s Track Athlete of the Week...Made the (2/4) NE10 weekly honor roll…Placed eighth in the 200m dash and 400m dash at NE10s (2/21)...Completed 400m in a season-best 49.36 at Pittsburg State (2/15)...Finished 200m in 22.32 and the 60m dash in 7.14 at the Utica Invitational and Multi (2/8)...Helped the Saint Rose 4x200m relay win with a time of 1:33.64 on the same day...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 400m...Finished fourth in the 400m run at Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a school-record time of 47.84 (5/4)...Time was good for fifth in the region...Took seventh at NE10s in the 200m with a 22.08 clocking...Helped the 4x100m relay set the school record with a 41.93 clocking at the same meet...Made the  NE10 weekly honor roll three times (4/3, 4/17, 4/24)...The record-setting 4x100m relay was chosen the (4/3) NE10 Men’s Relay of the Week...Dashed 100m in 11.33 at SUNY Delhi (4/13)...Ran 200m in 21.86 at Embry-Riddle (3/30)...Time ranked second in program records.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Named to the (1/29) NE10 weekly honor roll...Registered three high placings at the Utica Pioneer Open (1/26), including taking second in the 200m (22.91)...Dashed 60m in 7.20 to finish fourth...Helped the 4x400m relay team finish second with a 3:28.28 clocking...Completed 200m in 22.77 at NE10 Conference Championships (2/16)...Time was fifth in program records...Clocked in at 50.22 in the 400m at BU (2/9)...Finished seventh at NE10s with a 50.71 clocking.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Ran 400m in 49.26 at NE10 Conference Championships (5/5/18)...Time ranked fifth in program annals...Completed 200m in 23.61 at AIC (4/7)...Finished 100m in 12.46 on the same day...Helped the Golden Knights 4x100m relay clock in at 45.41 at AIC.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Completed 400m in 50.16 at BU (1/27)...Time was second-fastest in program history...Clocked in at 6.55 in the 55m dash at Dickinson (2/3)...Time was fifth in the program annals...Ran a 7.20 60m at NE10 Conference Championships (2/18)...Finished 200m in 23.04 at Ramapo (1/19)...Part of the 4x200m that ran 1:38.32 at Dickinson and the 4x400m that clocked in at 3:30.56 at NE10s.

HIGH SCHOOL: Part of the national champion 4x400 relay team...Named All-American in the Swedish Relay and the 4x400 Relay...Also part of the 2015 indoor and outdoor 4x400 state champion quartets.
