AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Did not compete...Represented the program on SAAC.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Completed 400m in 52.15 at TCNJ (1/11)...Finished 500m in 1:08.91 at Utica (2/8)...Helped the 4x400m relay clock in at 3:28.51 at NE10s (2/21).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Made the (5/1) NE10 weekly honor roll...Finished second in the 400m hurdles at the Capital District Classic with a time of 54.93...Clocking ranked second in program records...Helped the 4x400m relay finish in 3:27.23 at NE10s (5/4).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Finished 500m in 1:08.57 at TCNJ (1/12)...Completed the 60m hurdles in 8.92 at BU (2/9)...Helped the 4x200m relay clock in at 1:33.05 at Utica (2/2)...Part of the 4x400m relay that finished in 3:28.28 at Utica (1/26)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner's Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Completed the 400m hurdles in 55.04 at NE10s (5/5)...Time ranked third in program records...Completed 400m in 52.52 and 200m in 23.18 at UAlbany (4/21)...Helped the Golden Knights 4x100m relay clock in at 45.41 at American International (4/7)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Crossed the 500m finish line in 1:07.82 at Ramapo (1/19)...Completed 200m in 23.82 and 600m in 1:27.51 at Dickinson (2/3)...Finished 400m in 53.93 at St. Joseph's (2/11).

AS A FRESHMAN (XC): Finished the James Earley Invitational 8k in 31:05.27 (10/7)...Completed the 8k in 32:18.94 at the NE10s (10/22)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed on the Comets' cross country and track and field teams.
