AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Sprinted 100m in 11.52 at East Stroudsburg (4/17)...Dashed 200m in 23.25 at Albany College of Pharmacy (4/25)...Completed 400m in 54.47 at Saint Peter's (4/7)...Part of the 4x100m relay that finished in 44.38 at Albany College of Pharmacy (4/11)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A SENIOR (2019-20): Dashed 60m in 7.52 at Utica (2/8)...Completed 200m in 24.65 at Utica (2/1)...Helped the 4x200m relay finish in 1:33.64 at Utica (2/8)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.

AS A JUNIOR (2019 Outdoor): Helped the 4x100m relay set the school record at Embry-Riddle (3/30)...The quartet was chosen the (4/3) NE10 Men's Relay Team of the Week...Dashed 100m in 11.16 at the same meet...Finished 200m in 22.77 at AIC (4/6)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (2018-19 Indoor): Completed 60m in 7.17 at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (2/16)...Finished 200m in 22.82 at BU (2/9)...Helped the 4x200m relay clock in at 1:33.05 at Utica (2/2).

AS A FRESHMAN and SOPHOMORE (At Sacred Heart): Played football for the Pioneers...Appeared in one game as a sophomore and none as a freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football, basketball and track...Earned All-State honors on the gridiron where he helped the team win the Section 3 Championship...Qualified for the state track and field championships by winning multiple events at sectionals.
