2009 AT IONA: Competed in six events…Recorded his personal-best 8k time of 25:26 at the Paul Short Run (10/2/09)…Placed 30th overall at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championship (10/30/09) in 27:43.3…Opened his career 12th at the Seawolves Invitational (9/5/09)…Covered the 6.2k layout in 21:13.87.

HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain of the cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Guilderland…Was crowned 2006 Suburban Council Champion in the steeplechase…MVP of the cross country team as a senior.
