GENERAL: Comes to Saint Rose from Utica College.

AS A GRAD STUDENT (2019-20): Completed 3000m in 11:24.62 at Utica (2/1)...Finished 5000m in 20:13.67 at Utica (2/8)...Helped the DMR clock in at 13:10.65 at NE10 Championships (2/20).

AT UTICA: Helped the Pioneers DMR win at the 2019 Empire 8 Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships...Finished sixth in the mile at the same meet with a time of 5:31.63...Was the runner-up in the 5000m run and the 3000m steeplechase at the 2019 Empire 8 Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships.
