GENERAL: Competes on both the cross country and track and field teams...Plans to become an elementary school teacher following graduation.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Completed 800m in 2:38.38 at NE10s (2/20)...Ran the mile in 6:28.07 at TCNJ (1/11).

AS A JUNIOR (XC): Did not compete.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Finished 800m in 2:35.10 at NE10s (5/3)...Clocked in at 5:21.66 in the 1500m at UAlbany (4/20)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Ran the mile 5:45.33 at TCNJ (1/12)...Completed 800m in 2:34.03 at Utica (2/2).

AS A SOPHOMORE (XC): Finished 5k in 21:26.3 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/29/18)...Completed 6k at NE10 Championships in 25:18.76 (11/4/18)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Part of the 4x800m relay team that went 9:53.15 at NE10s (5/4/18)...Time ranked fourth in program annals...Completed 1500m in 5:36.01 at UAlbany (4/21/18)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Did not compete.

AS A FRESHMAN (XC): Completed 5k in 21:02. at the Saratoga Invitational (9/30/17)...Achieved a 6k fall-best at the NE10 Championships with time of 26:16.93 (10/22/17)...Completed the 6k NCAA East Regional course in 27:38.5 (11/4/17)…Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track for the Warriors.
