GENERAL: Competes on both the Saint Rose cross country and track and field teams...Chose Saint Rose for the great education close to home...Enjoys the small class sizes at The College...Listed her parents as the people that influence her the most.

AS A JUNIOR (2020-21): Ran 1500m in 6:59.54 at Albany College of Pharmacy (4/25)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20 Indoor): Completed 800m in 3:03.07 at TCNJ (1/11)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019 XC): Finished 5k in 22:10.62 at the James Earley (Westfield State) Invitational (10/12)...Completed 6k in 28:07.9 at the NCAA East Region Championships (11/9)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019 Outdoor): Completed 1500m in 6:06.69 at AIC (4/6)...Finished the 800m in 2:55.54 at UAlbany (4/20)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19 Indoor): Ran the mile in 6:37.97 at Princeton (12/8).

AS A FRESHMAN (2018 XC): Finished 5k in 22:39.7 at the Siena Invitational (9/8)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped the Indians win the outdoor sectional championships...National Honor Society member.
