AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor Track): Finished the 5000m in 17:56.62 at Brockport (4/14)...Completed 10000m in 37:50.16 at AIC (4/8).

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor Track): Completed the 3000m in East Stroudsburg (2/5)...Crossed the 5000m finish line in 18:34.84 at Villanova (1/27).
 
AS A JUNIOR (XC): Crossed 126th in 36:50.6 at the NCAA Dvision II East Regional (11/5).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor Track): Finished the 1500m in 5:15.26 at RPI (4/30)...Completed 5000m in 19:48.72 at AIC (4/9)...Crossed the 3000m finish line in 11:02.42 at UAlbany (4/23).
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (XC): Competed in one meet…Finished the 8k James Earley Invite in 31:35.03…Named to the NE10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence…Says his strengths are running 8k and 10k races

AS A FRESHMAN: Completed 8k in a personal best 27:54.37 at the 2014 Disney Cross Country Classic...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence.

HIGH SCHOOL: Captain of the cross country and track Spartans under head coach Chip Button at Burnt Hills Ballston Lake…Member of 2013 & 2014 section II Championship team….A three-time team captain.
