AS A SENIOR (Outdoor): Tossed the hammer 42.82m at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/3)...Hurled the discus 40.12m and the shot put 12.52m at SUNY Delhi (4/13)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Threw the shot put 12.76m at BU (2/9)...Selected as an Outstanding Senior from the School of Math and Sciences...Received the Donna L. Reittinger Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Psychological Research...Inducted into the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology...Named to the NE10 Commissioner's Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Named to the (5/2) NE10 weekly honor roll...Placed fifth in the discus at NE10 Championships with a 40.83m toss (5/5)...Threw the hammer 43.99m to take seventh...Distance ranks third in program records...Hit 13.80m in the shot put at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/7)...Mark is good for third in school annals...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Named to the NE10 Academic All-Conference team...Placed fourth in the shot put at NE10's with a mark of 14.42m (2/18)...Distance ranks third in program annals...Tossed the weight 12.79m at Ramapo (1/19)..Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Tossed the discus 40.57m to place sixth at the NE10 championship meet (5/7)...Threw the hammer 39.49m at RPI (4/29)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Placed fourth in the discus at the NE10 Championship meet with a toss of 42.27m, a personal best...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence in both the fall and spring semesters.

HIGH SCHOOL: Holds the Mohonasen school record in the discus…Was named Mohonasen Athlete of the Year…Also played football, baseball and basketball…Took seventh place at the State Championships.
