GENERAL: Also competes on the cross country team...Athlete he most admires is Kobe Bryant…Credits his family for influencing most because of their encouragement and support…Enjoys the movie Inception, Chipotle vegetarian burritos, and listening to Kanye West, Frank Sinatra, Kendrick Lamar, Andre 3000 and Queen…Favorite sports memory to date is running the fastest 400 split of the day for his distance medley relay team at the 2016 outdoor nationals.

AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Did not compete.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Completed 300m in 38.0 at Princeton (12/8)...Clocked in at 11.25 in the 60m hurdles on the same day...Reached 5.69m in the long jump at TCNJ (1/12).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Ran 400m in 49.90 at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/5)...Hit 5.70m in the long jump at American International (4/7).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Clocked in a 53.14 in the 400m at St. Joseph's (2/11)...Part of the 4x400m relay team that finished in 3:30.56 at NE10s (2/18).

AS A SOPHOMORE (XC): Completed 8k in 36:13.8 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/30)…Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Completed the 400 in 50.42 at RPI (4/29)...The time ranked fifth in program history...Finished the 800m in 2:07.38 at Brockport (4/14)...Part of the 4x400 relay team that clocked in at 3:28.44 at NE10s (5/7).

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Dashed 500m in 1:06.87 at NE10 Conference Championships (2/18)...The time ranked second in the program record book...Completed the 600 in 1:26.68, then the fifth-fastest time in school history, at East Stroudsburg (2/5/17)...On the 4x200m relay team that ran a 1:36.31, then the fourth-fastest time in school history, at Utica (1/14)....Achieved personal-bests in the 200m (24.01) and 400m (52.09) at Villanova (1/27)...Part of the 4x800 relay team that finished eighth at NE10s with a time of 8:19.90.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed as a sprinter in track & field for the Admirals…Ranks in the top five in the 400m dash at Arlington…Part of a distance medley relay squad that won the 2016 Loucks Meet, placed ninth at 2016 indoor nationals and eighth at outdoor nationals…A county champion in the 400m and 4x400…Section 1 runner up in the 4x400.
