GENERAL: Co-President of SAAC...Also ran cross country for the Golden Knights...Said his parents have had the most influence on him throughout his lifetime…Enjoys playing frisbee and volleyball in his spare time…Mentioned breaking two minutes in the 800 meter run has been his best sports moment to date.

AS A SENIOR (Outdoor): Part of the 4x400 relay team that clocked in at 3:28.44 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/7)...Finished the 800m in 1:59.96 at NE10s...Completed the 400m in 53.10 at Brockport (4/14)...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Part of the 4x800 relay team that placed eighth at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a time of 8:19.90 (2/18).

AS A JUNIOR: Finished the 1500m in 4:34.95 at UAlbany (4/23)...Completed the 400m dash in 53.76 at RPI (4/30)...Crossed the 800m finish line in 2:03.19 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/7).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in the 800m and 1000m during the indoor season…Registered a season-best  time of 2:44.82 in the 1000m at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/7)…Picked up a season-best of 2:02.49 in the 800m at the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championships (5/2)…Ran once in the 1500m for a time of 4:32.14 at the UAlbany Spring Classic (4/18)…Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track at Kings Park…Named an All-League selection in cross country his sophomore season…Was a three-time All-League pick in both winter and spring track…A two-time league champion at 1000 meters…Captain of both the cross country and track teams his junior and senior seasons…Member of the National Honor Society.
