GENERAL: Said her best sports moment was being part of a winning relay squad at the 2010 New York State Indoor Track & Field Championships…Works as a lifeguard during the summer months…Enjoys being with her friends and watching movies…Added that her parents have had a great deal of influence on her throughout her lifetime…Earned Northeast-10 Conference All-League second-team honors in cross country this past fall.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Claimed third in the Saint Rose top-five of the 800m with a 2:21.24 mark at Yale (2/1/14)…Served as the second leg of the 4x400m relay that set a Saint Rose record with a 3:59.47 performance at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22/14)…Collected three Saint Rose top-five records in the 500m, the highest for second place with a 1:17.89 performance at the NE-10 Indoor finals…Second leg of the 4x100m and 4x400m outdoor relays that also set a Saint Rose records of 50.52 at the Springfield Invite (4/19/14), and 4:02.12 at Penn Relays (4/24/14)…Collected a season-best 1:17.89 in the 500m for fourth place at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/2/14)…Notched a personal-best of 2:19.27 in the 800m at Oneonta (5/10/14). 

AS A SOPHOMORE: Accumulated nine top-ten finishes in both seasons…Posted a second place time of 1:01.53 in the 400 meter dash at the Army Crowell Open (1/5/13)….Finished second at the Tufts Stampede (2/2/13) in the 600 meter with a time of 1:39.57…Also helped set a school record time of 1:48.56 in the 4x200 relay at Tufts by running the second leg…Set a school record at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championship (2/16/13) with a 1:17.50 time in the 500 meter for fourth place…Claimed finishes of second place in the 400 meter (59.93), fifth place in the 200 meters (26.95), and ninth place in the 100 meter2 (13.59) at the Dick Shea Open (3/30/13)…Ran the lead leg during the 4x200m school record setting 1:46.31 time at the Penn Relays (4/26/13)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for academic excellence in the spring semester.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Helped the Golden Knights to a school indoor record in the 4x400 relay at the NE-10 Championships (2/18/12) as the squad clocked in at 4:09.40, finishing fourth…Had three, top-10 finishes in the 800 meters including a season best time of 2:22.66 at the NE-10 meet to place sixth…Ranked second in the 800 at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/12) with a time of 2:23.73…Was part of two Saint Rose record setting relays during the spring season…Led off the Golden Knights 4x400 relay as the team finished in 4:03.03 at the Penn Relays (4/26-27/12)…Ran the second leg for the Saint Rose 4x100 squad that placed fifth at the NE-10 Championships (5/4-5/12) with a time of 50.56…Had her two best finishes of the season in the 200 and 400 meters at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship meet running with times of 26.88 and 59.97 respectively.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played soccer in addition to running cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field at Troy…Was a second-team All-Star in soccer…Helped the Flying Horses sweep the Big 10 Championships in cross country and indoor track as a senior…Also won a Big 10 title in outdoor as a junior…Twice named a first-team All-Star in the 400 meter dash…Owns indoor school records in the 45m, 300m, 4x200, 4x400, and both the distance medley and sprint medley relays…Responsible for outdoor school marks in the 100m, 400m, 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400.
