AS A JUNIOR (2015): Dished out a season-best time of 20:03.28 to finish fifth in the 5000m at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/7)…Ran once in the 3000m at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23), finishing in 11:27.44…Registered a career-best mark of 43:06.02 in the 10000m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/4) to take eighth place…Claimed sixth at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/25) in the 3000m in 11:32.99…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Nailed down her best time in the mile (5:29.79) at the Valentine Invite (2/7)…Collected seventh place and her personal-best in the 3000m (10:54.94) at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/22)…Recorded two personal-bests during the outdoor season, the first with a sixth place mark in the 3000m (4/12) in 11:02.41, placing her fifth in the Saint Rose top-five record book, and the other in the 5000m for a fifth place finish (19:08.02) at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/2). 

AS A FRESHMAN (2012): Ran a 5:58.42 mile for 117th place at the Terrier Invite (1/26/13)…Posted a 11:47.12 time in the 3000m at the Tufts Stampede (2/2)… Finished in eighth place with a 5:19.17 in the 1500m at the Dick Shea Open (3/30)…Competed in the 800m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/27) with a 2:40.40 time...Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned the Coach’s Award twice during the cross country season…Also earned the same award once for indoor track…Garnered first-team, second-team, and honorable mention honors…was her team’s top finisher at the 2011 cross country state championships, finishing 26th overall…Holds a 5k personal best time of 19:14…She helped lead her team to the section II championship in both 2009 and 2011.
