AS A SENIOR (Outdoor): Part of the 4x100m relay that clocked in at 50.64 at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/5)...Time ranks fifth in program annals...Ran 100m in 13.18 on the same day...Cleared 2.59m in the pole vault at NE10s (5/4)...Completed 200m in 28.02 at UAlbany (4/21)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Helped Golden Knights complete the 4x200 relay in 1:51.41 at St. Joseph's (2/11)...Time ranks fourth in program annals...Dashed 55m in 7.95 at Dickinson (2/3)...Clocked in a 8.59 in the 60 at Ramapo (1/19)...Cleared 2.62m in the pole vault at NE10's (2/18)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Part of the 4x100m that set the school record with a fifth-place time of 49.29 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/7)....Finished 100m in a personal-best 13.14 at NE10s...Cleared 2.80m in the pole vault at AIC (4/8)...Height ranks third in program history...Completed the 200m in a season-best 28.00 at UAlbany (4/22)...Named to the NE10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Completed the 55m dash in 7.84 at East Stroudsburg (2/5), the third-fastest time in the Saint Rose indoor record book... Part of the 4x200m relay team that clocked in at 1:49.44, the second-fastest time in the program's indoor annals, at Utica (1/14/17)...Dashed 60m in 8.47 at Colgate (2/11)...The time was fifth-fastest in school indoor history...Pole vaulted 2.90m at the NE10 Conference Championships (2/18)...Ran the 200m in 28.17 at Colgate...On the 4x400 relay team that went 4:15.92 at NE10s...Named to the NE10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence. 
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Dashed season-bests of 13.30 in the 100m and 27.65 in the 200m at NE10s...Pole Vaulted 2.60m at the RPI Classic (4/30)...Achieved a new personal-best of 1:05.61 in the 400m at the same meet...Named to the NE10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester in recognition of academic excellence. 
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Achieved a season-best in the 200m of 28.82 at the Villanova Invitational (1/8)...Completed 400 meters in 1:08.55 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/22)...Ran the 500 in 1:30.66 at the Great Dane Classic, hosted by UAlbany (1/16)...Pole Vaulted 2.60 at the NE10 Championship meet (2/20)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence. 
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Finished eighth in pole vault with a season-best 2.60m performance at the NE10 Championships (5/2)…Took 10^th in the 400m with a time of 1:07.34 at the UAlbany Spring Classic (4/18)…Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.
