GENERAL: Also ran cross country...Most admires Derek Jeter…Said his best friend Travis has had the most influence on him because he got him into running…Favorite movie is “Christmas Vacation”…Favorite band is “Jimmy Eat World”…Enjoys spending time with friends and having a good time.

AS A SENIOR: Won the 1000m at Utica (1/14) with a time of 2:33.90...Achieved a season-best in the 1000m at Northeast-10 Conference Championships with a fourth-place finish of 2:33.80 (2/18)...Finished the 800m run in 1:59.28 at Colgate (2/11)...Ran a 4:22.62 mile at Villanova (1/27)...On the 4x800 relay team that placed 8th at NE10s with a time of 8:19.90 (2/18)...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR: Ran a 4:16.53 mile, the fifth-fastest time in the Northeast-10, at BU (2/6)...Ranked sixth in the NE10 in the 1000m run with a time of 2:31.43, achieved at the same meet...Set a new personal record in the 3000m of 8:50.06 at UAlbany (1/16).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Picked up career-bests in the 3000m and the mile during the indoor season…Nabbed a season-best second place finish with a 9:03.60 performance in the 3000m at the Robert J. Kane Invite (1/30)…Crossed the line in 4:20.08 in the mile at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/7) to rank third in the Saint Rose top-five…Laid down career-bests in his only two events during the outdoor season at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/2), both sitting third in the program top-five…He took 11^th in the 1500m with a time of 4:00.91, and 10^th in the 5000m in 15:23.80…Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence in both the fall and spring semesters.

AS A FRESHMAN: Collected a season-best 10^th place finish in the 1000m (2:34.89) at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22)…Competed in the 400m (57.81) and the 800m (1:59.14) and the Terrier Invite (1/25)… Garnered 10^th place in the high jump (1.73m), and ran a 2:08.69 in the 800m at the Springfield Invite (4/19).

HIGH SCHOOL: Part of the cross country and track teams at North Shore…Also lettered in basketball…Earned All-County honors for cross country and qualified for the NYSPHSAA State Championship…Was a multiple time champion in the high jump for both the winter and spring track seasons… participated in a total of four state meets throughout his high school tenure.
