AS A JUNIOR: Continued to rewrite the record books for the third straight year in a Saint Rose uniform…Again set the school record in the 400 meters…First set the standard with a 57.81 time for 27th place at the Terrier Invite (1/26/13)…Broke the mark for the second time at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/16/13) with a fourth place finish time of 57.70…Earlier claimed second place in the event with a time of 58.36 at the Tufts Stampede (2/2/13) as well as helping set the school mark in the 4x200 relay with a time of 1:48.56…Also finished third in the 200 meters with a time of 26.26 at Tufts…Started the indoor season with a first place finish in the 400 meters (59.40) and an eighth place finish in the 60 meter dash (8.14) at the Army Crowell Open (1/5/13)…Finished in fourth place at the Yale College Invitational (1/12/13) with a time of 59.10 in the 400 meters…Had five first palce finishes during the outdoor portion…Held three first place finishes at the Dick Shea Open (3/30/13)…Timed in at 12.77 in the 100 meter dash, finished at 25.83 during the 200 meter dash and crossed in at 57.16 during the 400 meter run…Claimed second place in the 200 meter dash at the Springfield Invitational (4/20/13) with a time of 25.83…Helped the 4x200 relay squad set a school standard at the Penn Relays (4/26/13) with a  time of 1:46.31…Broke her own school mark in the 200 meters with a time of 25.31 during the preliminaries at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/4/13)…Later finished sixth overall with a time of 25.46…Finished in second place at the Oneonta State May Meet (5/11/13) with a time of 58.24 in the 400 meters…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.  
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Built on her stellar freshman campaign with an outstanding sophomore season…Broke a 17-year old school record with a 58.42 time in the 400 meters at the Boston Terrier Invitational (1/28/12)…Bettered that mark with her fourth place finish at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/12) with a time of 58.27…Topped her own Saint Rose standard in the 200 meters with a time of 25.56 at the Armory Collegiate Challenge (2/23/12)…Ran the anchor leg for the Golden Knights record performance in the 4x400 relay at the NE-10 Championships where the team finished in 4:04.40…Had perhaps an even better outdoor season…Named to USTFCCCA All-East Region squad…Finished second at the NE-10 Championships (5/4-5/12) to earn second team All-Conference recognition while breaking her own school record in the 400 meters with a 56.84 clocking…Twice finished first in the 400 meters at the Springfield Invitational (4/21/12) and the Oneonta May Meet (5/12/12) with times of 58.38 and 56.89 respectively…Lowered her own school standard in the 200 meters with her winning time of 25.34 at the Oneonta May Meet…Helped the Golden Knights to a pair of relay records on the outdoor season…Anchored the 4x100 relay team in a 50.56 clocking at the NE-10 Championships…Was part of the record-setting 4x400 relay team that went 4:03.43 at the Penn Relays (4/26-27/12)…Was furthermore named to the NE-10 Commissioner Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Had a stellar freshman season, claiming 10 school records…Set the school standard in all four of the indoor events she competed in as an individual…Bettered her own school mark in the 55 meters at the NE-10 Championships (2/17/11) with a seventh place time of 7.48…The next week she took down the school record in the 60 meters at the Armory Collegiate Challenge (2/25/11) by going 8.00 flat to finish 12th…Also set the Golden Knights standard in the 200 meters at the Armory Collegiate Challenge, crossing the line in a 14th place time of 25.90…Turned in the school’s best ever performance in the 300 meters at the Princeton Relays (1/22/11) with a ninth place time of 42.45…Ran the anchor leg in the 4x200 relay at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/11) where the Golden Knights squad set a school mark with a second place 1:51.21 performance…Continued her success in the outdoor season where she set or helped to break four more school records…Helped the Golden Knights to a school record in the 4x400 relay at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/7/11) with a third place time of 4:06.05…At the prestigious Penn Relays (4/28-29/11), she anchored the 4x200 relay squad that went 1:48.81…Broke the records in the 100, 200 and 400 meters as well…She ran the 100 in a second place time of 12.57 at the AIC Invitational (4/2/11)…She then set two more school standards at the Oneonta May Meet (5/14/11) with a pair of second place performances…She ran a 25.46 and a 59.90 in the 200 and 400 respectively…Was furthermore named to the NE-10 Commissioner Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Crowned section III champion in the 55m, 200m and 4x100 relay…Owns part of the section III record in the latter event…Two-time MVP of the track and field team at Rome Free Academy…Twice competed at the New Balance Nationals…Named the school’s Most Athletic Senior Female…Recipient of the New York State Sportsmanship Award…Made five appearances at the New York State meet…NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete in both indoor and outdoor track and field…Won the prestigious “Black R” award for athletics at RFA…Selected to the Rome Sports Hall of Fame.
