Sekou Sylla finished with 21, but host Bentley shot 49.4 percent (38-for-77) from the field. Anderson canned 6-for-8 from beyond the arc and hauled in seven rebounds, while Sylla went 9-for-10 from the free throw line and pulled down nine caroms to lead the Golden Knights. Freshmen guards

Scouting Saint Rose (4-15/1-9 NE10): Five underclassmen have made 61 out of a possible 91 starts for the Golden Knights this season…Bowman was named the NE10 Rookie of the Week for the second time on Monday…Sylla was chosen to the weekly honor for the fifth time…He continues to lead the NE10 with 11.7 rebounds per game and is second behind a 22.3 scoring average…He is tied for first in the country with 14 "double-doubles" and stands tied for third in rebounding…Sylla has been especially dominant of late with ten consecutive 20-plus point contests…He furthermore has averaged 26.0 points, on 52.9 percent (55-for-104) shooting, and 13.2 rebounds during the past six games…Anderson is scoring at a 13.1 ppg clip, while Bowman is producing 10.0 ppg…The latter has been in double-figures scoring in four consecutive games.

Scouting Southern New Hampshire (10-8/3-7 NE10): The Penmen snapped a four-game skid with Wednesday's 88-81 victory at NE10 rival American International…The host Yellow Jackets were within a bucket with less than three minutes remaining, but Southern New Hampshire reeled off six unanswered points and went 11-for-12 from the foul line down the stretch to seal it…Senior forward Eamonn Joyce registered career-highs of 34 points and 16 rebounds…Joyce leads five double-digit point producers with a 17.5 scoring average on the year…He also hauls in 6.8 rebounds on a regular basis…Fellow senior forward Shawn Montague is averaging 16.5 ppg and a team-high 8.4 rpg…The Penmen are third in the NE10 with an 81.9 scoring average thanks to 48.9 percent shooting from the floor, the league's second best mark.
