Last time we met:Â The Dolphins used an explosive second half, that displayed a 92.9 percent shooting effort, to collect a 74-64 win in Syracuse earlier this season. Saint Rose held a two-point lead at the break, and went up by as much as six before Le Moyne laid down a 21-7 run through the next seven minutes. The Dolphins maintained a steady lead for the remainder of the game to come away with the 10-point marginal win. Despite the loss, sophomore forward
Staci Barrett registered a career-high 22 points, followed by seniors
Jamie Hutcheson with 15 and
Gabie Polce with 13. Hutcheson also dished out eight assists, while junior transfer
Keyontae Williams nabbed four steals. For Le Moyne, senior guard Alex Marple knocked down a 25-point performance that included a 5-for-7 effort from 3-point range. Junior guard Vandell Andrade picked up 10 points, and led on the glass alongside senior forward Bath-Sheba McMahon with six boards apiece.Â

Northeast-10 Conference playoff spot, and aided in that effort by picking up a 61-47 win over NE-10 foe Pace Wednesday evening. The victory also played part in a pair of career benchmarks for Polce (1,000 points) and head coach #
Karen Haag# (300 career wins). Senior forward
Mariah Lesure and Barrett lead the Golden Knights offensively with 11.2 points per-game apiece. Hutcheson sits just behind with a 10.9 scoring average, and also registers a team-high 7.9 rebounds per-game, and leads in steals (33) and assists (82). Lesure ranks second in the conference in field goal percentage (55.4), while Polce ranks 21st in the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.16), and sees the most time on the floor (34.9 minutes per-game) for the squad. The Golden Knights post a .428 field goal percentage, while averaging 64.3 points per game. Their field goal mark ranks 48th in the nation as of Monday.Â
Scouting Le Moyne (14-10, 8-9 NE-10):Â The Dolphins have credited half of their 10 losses this season to their five most recent games, with the freshest defeat at New Haven 80-64 on Tuesday. Prior to the last five games, Le Moyne had won six in a row, and eight of its last 10. As of Monday, the Dolphins rank seventh in the nation, and first in the league, in 3-point percentage (38.8). Marple ranks third in the NE-10, and leads Le Moyne in points per-game (17.7), followed by Andrade and senior forward Emily Greer with 13.0 and 10.4, respectively. Andrade also leads on the boards with 7.8 per-game, and in steals (51) and assists (64).
