GENERAL: Currently attending graduate school at Saint Rose…Did not dress during the indoor season in 2009 and thus still has one year of eligibility remaining…Owns the school record in the indoor 5,000-meter run with a time of 19:21.69…Said her parents are the people who have influenced her the most…Enjoys dancing…Listed ice cream as her favorite food.

AS A SENIOR (Outdoor – 2010): Took part in two events to cap off her final outdoor campaign…Was third in the 5,000m at the RPI Early Outdoor Invitational (3/27/10) after crossing the line in 19:24.54…Wound up 25th in the 1,500m at the Jim Sheehan Memorial (4/3/10) in a time of 5:20.01.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor - 2010): Competed in the mile, 3,000m and 5,000m…Won the 5,000m at the Tartan Invitational (2/6/10) that was hosted by Smith College behind a school record time of 19:21.69…Finished sixth overall in that event at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/10) with a time of 19:28.33…Was fifth in the mile at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10) behind a 5:42.44 clocking.

AS A JUNIOR: Did not dress during the indoor season in 2009…Participated in only two events during the outdoor campaign…Was second in the 10,000m at the Dick Shea Invitational (3/28/09) in a time of 42:00.6…Wound up fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Capital District Classic (4/25/09) after breaking the tape in 12:56.33.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Established season-best in the 5,000m behind a 19:24.05 clocking at the Crowell Open (1/12/08) that was hosted by Army…Took second in the mile at the Smith Tartan Invitational (2/9/08) after finishing in 5:37.24…Ran a season-best mile time of 5:27.03 to finish 24th at the NYU Fast Track Invite (2/29/08)…Wound up third in the 5,000m at the NE-10 Indoor Championship (2/21/08) with a 19:53.94 clocking…Captured the 10,000m title at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship (5/3/08) behind a meet record time of 39:30.33…Also won the 10,000m at the Hamilton Invitational (4/19/08) in 41:19.97…Was third overall in the 5,000m at the George Davis Invitational (4/12/08) in a season-best time of 19:01.44…Contributed a trio of fifth place performances, including a 1,500m time of 5:08.19 at the Union Invitational (4/26/08).

AS A FRESHMAN: Finished eighth in the 5,000m at the NE-10 Indoor Championship (2/19/07) after crossing the line in 21:22.92…Also ran the anchor leg on the distance medley squad that took fourth in 13:55.70…Participated in only one event during the outdoor campaign, a third place 13:40.26 clocking in the 3,000m steeplechase at the UAlbany Classic (4/21/07).

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country, indoor and outdoor track nearby Colonie…Was coached by Frank Myers.
