GENERAL: Is among a group of talented distance runners…2009 NE-10 Outdoor Champion in the 10,000-meter run…Said her best sports moment was capturing the CHSAA Championship as an individual and a team…Would like to become an elementary school teacher following her graduation from Saint Rose…Works as a lifeguard during the summer…Mentioned her sister as someone who has influenced her the most during her lifetime.

AS A JUNIOR: Competed in six of seven meets during the indoor campaign…Took ninth in the 5,000m at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/10) with a time of 20:30.58…Was fifth at that distance behind a 20:13.48 clocking at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/23/10)…Also ran a season-best 3,000m time of 11:35.63 en route to an 11th place showing at the Smith Tartan Invitational (2/6/10)…Took part in only three events during the outdoor portion of the schedule…Posted a time of 5:27.35 in the mile at the Capital District Classic (4/24/10)…Completed the 3,000m in 11:57.49 at the George Davis Invitational (4/10/10)…Was furthermore through the line in 21:04.65 to place eighth at the Jim Sheehan Memorial (4/3/10).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Focused on the 3,000m and 5,000m during the indoor season…Was fifth in the 5,000m at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/21/09) in personal-best time of 19:48.83…Took seventh in the 3,000m at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/24/09) behind an 11:55.83 clocking…Registered a pair of first place finishes in the 10,000m during the outdoor slate…Had a winning time of 42:04.52 at the Springfield Invitational (4/18/09) and also won the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/2/09) in 41:49.82…Was subsequently a first-team All-Conference pick…Was fourth in the 5,000m at the Continental Invitational (4/5/09) behind a 19:23.38 clocking…Wound up 14th in the 1,500m at the Capital District Classic (4/25/09) in a time of 5:16.50.

AS A FRESHMAN: Specialized in the mile, 3,000 and 5,000m events during the indoor season…Named to the NE-10 All-Conference Second Team in the 4x800 relay…Established a personal indoor mark in the mile with a time of 5:41.06 at the Lafayette-Rider Games (2/15/08)…Crossed the line third in the 3,000m at the Williams Invitational (1/19/08) in 11:32.99…Finished seventh in the 5,000m at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/23/08) behind a 20:39.92 clocking…Registered her lone first place finish of the year during the outdoor campaign at the Hamilton Invitational (4/19/08) with a winning time of 20:14.45…Took fourth at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/3/08) in the 3,000m after completing the race in 11:09.52.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was an All-League pick in cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior…Also selected to the All-State squad during all three years…Member of the league championship squad as a senior when the Cougars were crowned CHSAA Champions…Also competed at the federation meet during her final three seasons.
