GENERAL: Will specialize in the 400 and 500-meter distances…Part of the indoor school record team in the 4x400 relay and the outdoor school standard in the 4x200…Enjoys art, drawing and singing…Favorite food is BBQ chicken…Works as a lifeguard and helps run a summer program back in her hometown…Aspires to become a teacher…Best sports moment was breaking the one minute mark in the 400m on multiple occasions…Her father, Gregg, competed on the cross country and track teams at Hartwick College…Dean’s List student.

AS A JUNIOR: Competed in six indoor events on the season, specializing in the 400 meter run…Ran second at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/11) in the 4x400 relay, helping Saint Rose to a school record time of 1:51.21…Had a season best time in the 400 meters at the Princeton Relays (1/22/11) with a 1:03.32 clocking…participated in three outdoor events on the season…at the prestigious Penn Relays (4/28-29/11) ran second in a Saint Rose record setting run in the 4x200, helping the Golden Knights clock in at 1:48.81… Helped the Golden Knights to a school record in the 4x400 relay at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/7/11) with a time of 4:06.05…Best individual finish was a fourth place time of 1:12.06 at the AIC Invitational (4/2/11) in the 400 meter hurdles.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Participated in four meets during the indoor slate…Wound up second in the 300m at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10) in 45.05…Took sixth in the 600m at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/23/10) behind a time of 1:46.66…Was also 12th in the 500m at the Colgate Invitational (1/30/10) after finishing in 1:26.38…Entered in only one meet during the outdoor campaign…Was seventh in the 400m hurdles at the RPI Early Outdoor Invitational (3/27/10) behind a 1:14.39 clocking. 

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in the 400m and 500m during the indoor season…Took third in the 500m at the Class of ’32 Invitational (1/31/09) that was hosted by Colgate after finishing in 1:22.80…Was seventh in that event at the NE-10 Indoor Championship (2/21/09) behind a 1:24.67 clocking…Finished fourth in the 400m at the Crowell Open (1/10/09) in a time of 1:05.51…Named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (1/12/09) on one occasion…Took part in only one meet during the outdoor schedule…Was 15th in the 400m hurdles at the Dick Shea Invitational (3/28/09) after breaking the tape in 1:11.66…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.

HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the swimming, indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Bainbridge-Guilford…Named Athlete of the Meet at the Cooperstown Invitational…Four-time MAC Champion…Garnered the Most Contribution to the Team award…Also a scholar-athlete.
