College of Saint Rose Athletics

GENERAL: Served as a co-captain on the Saint Rose cross country team this past fall…Did not compete during the indoor season in 2008 and thus still has one season of eligibility remaining…Listed Olympic gold medalist Sanya Richards as the athletes she most admires…Favorite TV show is “Law and Order: SVU”…Has a sister, Anne, who ran track at Wagner College…Also has two brothers who attend Saint Rose…Dean’s List member.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor – 2010): Took part in five meets…Won the 800m at the Colgate Invitational (1/30/10) with a winning time of 2:22.68…Finished sixth overall in that event at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/10) in 2:23.69…Wound up second at the 600m distance (1:43.47) at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10)…Placed third at the Smith Tartan Invitational (2/6/10) behind a 400m time of 1:02.57.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor – 2009): Specialized in the 400m and 800m…Registered a pair of top-five performances in the 400m by placing fifth at the Capital District Classic (4/25/09) and fourth at the George Davis Invitational (4/11/09) with respective times of 1:01.13 and 1:03.94…Ran the 800m in 2:23.48 to take fourth at the Springfield Invitational (4/18/09) and was sixth at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship (5/2/09) in 2:19.33…Named to NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor – 2009): Participated in all but one meet during the indoor season…Was fifth overall in the 500-meter run at the Class of ’32 Invitational (1/31/09) that was hosted by Colgate in a time of 1:24.27…Also took fifth in the 1,000m at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/24/09) in 3:20.12…Was the fifth runner across in the 800m at the NE-10 Indoor Championship (2/21/09) after stopping the clock in 2:29.81.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor - 2008): Did not compete during the indoor season after injuries sidelined her…Participated in two outdoor events, both in the 400m…Was ninth at the Williams Invitational (4/5/08) with a time of 1:08.31…Also took 10th with a 1:10.67 clocking at the Dick Shea Invitational (3/29/08).

AS A FRESHMAN: Finished eighth at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/19/07) in the 500-meter run in a time of 1:23.63…Was also part of the distance medley relay squad that captured fourth in 13:55.70…Competed in the 400m and 800m during the outdoor season…Took sixth in the 400 at the RPI Invitational (3/31/07) with a 1:04.99 clocking and crossed the line fourth in the 800 at Bryant (4/7/07) in 2:29.85.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was chosen as the track and field team MVP as a senior…Was captain of both the track and cross country teams…Honored as the cross country squad’s Most Improved Runner as a sophomore…Suburban Council champion in the 400m dash.
