College of Saint Rose Athletics

GENERAL: Versatile athlete…Her mother graduated from Saint Rose…Said her brother is someone who has had a major influence on her…Favorite food is ice cream…Best sports moment was winning the Bergen County Volleyball Tournament…Dean’s List student.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Competed in two events during the indoor season…Had her best time in the 60 meters at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/12) with a time of 9.10…Notched her best long jump of the season at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/18/12) with a leap of 4.83 meters…Competed once on the outdoor season…Went 4.61 meters in the long jump at the Dick Shea Open (3/31/12).
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in four of the seven indoor events on the season as both a sprinter and a jumper…Best mark came in the long jump at the MIT Invitational (1/29/11) where she leapt 4.61 meters (15’ 1.50”)…Worked primarily in the long jump and in sprint relays throughout the outdoor season…Top showing came at the Capital District Classic (4/30/11) where she placed fifth in the long jump with a distance of 4.91 meters (16’ 1”) at Rensselaer…Also finished fifth at that meet with a 100 meter time of 14.91.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Had an impact in the short sprints and the long jump during the indoor slate…Posted three of the team’s top-four times throughout the year in the 55-meter dash…Was eighth at the Williams Invitational (1/16/10) in a personal-best time of 8.12…Also wound up 11^th at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/18/10) behind an 8.21 clocking…Recorded a 10^th place time of 28.83 in the 200m at the Smith Tartan Invitational (2/6/10)…Also registered her best performance of the year in the long jump with a leap of 4.77meters (15-7.79) at that event…Did not see action in any meets during the outdoor season.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played volleyball in addition to participating on the indoor and outdoor track and field squads at Northern Valley Regional…Was a first-team All-State and All-County performer in volleyball…Also garnered second-team All-County honors in track…Received the YMCA Student-Athlete Award…Team captain in both sports…National Honor Society member.
