GENERAL: Also competes on the cross country team...Says Nicky Simmonds is the athlete he most admires because Simmonds made the Olympics after competing at the Division III level…Credits his high school coach Larry Woods for inspiring him the most because he motivated him on and off the field, given life advice, and pushed him to his limits…Enjoys video games, 21 pilots and sleeping…His father, William was a student-athlete at Mississippi State and his brother, Josh, ran cross country at Utica.

AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Ran the mile in 4:54.80 at TCNJ (1/11)...Completed 3000m in 9:43.15 at Emmanuel (12/7)...Helped the DMR finish in 11:11.31 at NE10s (2/21).

AS A SENIOR (XC): Named to the (10/15) NE10 weekly honor roll...Completed the 8k tenth out of 206 participants with a time of 26:32.74 at the 24th annual James Earley Invitational, hosted by Westfield State (10/12).

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Finished the 1500m in 4:48.98 at SUNY Delhi (4/13)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Completed 800m in 2:08.59 at Utica (1/26)...Finished 3000m in 9:14.16 at Utica (2/2).

AS A JUNIOR (XC): Finished 55th at NE10 Championships with a time of 26:47.11 (11/4)...Completed 10k in 35:28.60 at NCAA East Regional Championships (11/17)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner's Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Completed 10000m in 33:46.56 at American International (4/7)...Time ranked fifth in program annals...Finished 5000m in 15:57.32 at UAlbany (4/21)...Clocked in at 2:14.42 in the 800m and 4:15.82 in the 1500 at RPI (4/29)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Completed 3000m in 9:24.48 at NE10s (2/18)...Finished 5000m in 16:34.44 at Ramapo (1/19).

AS A SOPHOMORE (XC): Placed eighth at the Siena Invitational 5k with a time of 20:13.0 (9/1)...Completed 8k in 26:41.7 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/30)...Placed 16th at the James Earley Invitational 8k with a time of 26:53.35 (10/7)...Finished 47th at the NE10s with a time of 26:58.25 (10/22)…Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Placed second in the 3000m at East Stroudsburg with a time of 9:14.53 (2/5)...Ran a 4:39.31 mile at Colgate (2/11)...Completed 5000m in 16:16.24 at NE10 Conference Championships (2/18).

AS A FRESHMAN (XC): Placed 91st with a time of 35:12.12 at the NCAA East Regional Championship (11/5)...Ran 8k in 28:20.7 to place 81st at the NE10 Conference Championships (10/22)...Completed 8k in a personal-best 28:14.62 at the James Earley Invitational (10/8)...Finished 63rd with a time of 29:17.8 at the Bruce Kirsh Cup (9/17).

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track for the Indians under head coach Larry Woods…A Foothills All-Star…Class C Indoor Track 3200 meter champion…Section II Class C Cross Country State Qualifier.
