AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Tossed the discus 34.81m at AIC (4/6)...Threw the shot put 11.81m at NE10 Championships (5/4/19).

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Reached 12.60m in the shot put at NE10s (2/17/19).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Hit 36.27 in the discus at Delhi (4/14/18)...Threw the shot put 12.22m at NE10s (5/5/18).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Heaved the shot put 12.42m at Ramapo (1/19/18)...Mark ranked fifth in program history...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Threw the shot put a season-best 12.01m at Brockport (4/14/17)...Mark ranked fifth in program history...Tossed the discus 36.21m at the NE10 Conference Championships (5/7/17).

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Threw the shot put a season-best 12.14m at Villanova (1/27/17).

HIGH SCHOOL: Voted Track & Field MVP as a freshman...Captained the track and field teams for his junior and senior seasons...Earned All-League honors five times...Also played football and basketball for the Firebirds.
